The Brisket, and the Thinly Sliced Beef in the Pho and Hot Pho always tastes like it was marbled or like it's rotten. Really gross actually.

Best pho in town, no comparison. I get the beef brisket pho and it is tender and delicious. I don't know what they do to make their broth, but it is magic. We love take out and dining in.

My husband and I drive 30 minutes just to eat here. The best pho around! Live the atmosphere! The pho just makes your taste buds happy! This place should be a 10/5 star. No other pho place had been able to beat pho nouveau, we’ve tried them all!

Always pleased with their menu items, they consistently cone it the same each time. It's nice to know what to expect each time you order and it doesn't matter who's cooking or what day you go on! Their portion sizes are more than adequate and they have fresh ingredients year round. The leftovers are just as good the next day... How is that possible? I order a second entree to go sometimes just so I can have more leftovers the next day. The space is a little crowded and a tight fit especially during the lunch and dinner rush, and there's often a line. If you have a few minutes to wait (or call ahead for take out) it's so worth it! The staff are always quick and in hustle mode without losing their friendliness or attention to detail. And the pricing is spot on to what I'd expect for this delicious cuisine, down town location and quality.

We came with our daughter who had raved about the veggie pho. Unfortunately the broth had little to no flavor. I was very disappointed. She stated it was much better the last time she was here so not sure ....

The Best Pho, anywhere! Everywhere I travel, I try the Pho, but my heart ( and stomach) longs for Pho Nouveau and their use of star anise. Every menu item is delicious, and the service to top notch. Always friendly!! Boise's best!

Decent Pho. The exterior face of the building is under construction but that has little impact on their business. Came during lunch, no wait, was able to sit anywhere. Service was prompt food was hot. Broth was a little different than I'm used to but would still recommend.

By far the BEST PHO in Boise! And we have literally tried them all. Always fresh, exceptionally clean, FANTASTIC FLAVOR. Their food is always perfectly cooked, meat, noodles, & crispy spring rolls. Great wine menu, excellent service, and so much food for the money! We eat here weekly and it’s always consistent. These guys do Pho right!

The BEST Pho around. Every time we dine here we are never disappointed. Due to the popularity of this restaurant, you may have to wait for a table. It is worth the, usually short, wait. The waitstaff is awesome. The ambiance very nice. And the Pho'? My mouth is watering just thinking of it! Highly recommended.

LOVE this place! The Spicy soup with soft tofu is where it's at! Date night for less than $10. One of our go to places.

Noodles with pork and spring rolls - light and refreshing but also quite filling. Pho was pleasant, nothing extraordinary. Nice place to stop in for a quick lunch.

One of the really good phos in town. The only sad part is it closes on Sundays.. and Sundays are recovery days from partying the night prior.

I've been to dozens of Pho places across the country and had some amazing dishes, so it came as quite a shock to walk into this little shop in downtown Boise, Idaho and enjoy what is perhaps the best Pho both I've ever had!The depth of the broth was soul touching and the pallet delight was euphoric! The noodles are just right with good texture and perfect flavor aborition. This place is a MUST for the Pho lovers out there, don't miss it if you're in town or a local this place is indeed so-Pho-king AMAZING!

Great spot in the heart of downtown for good Vietnamese cuisine! The menu is vast and includes much more than just pho. The atmosphere is cozy, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. They also have a solid happy hour from 4-6pm - the menu options are definitely different from the usual stuff at other places. This place is a great place to choose for your next dining adventure, whether you're on your own or out to share an experience with friends.

Just finished a great meal here at Pho Nouveau, received wonderful service from Jorden tonight! I highly recommend you swing by and try their food.

This is my go-to place for Pho soup. Their broth is to die for. I can also day many of their appetizers are fresh and scrumptiously good too. As for the other entrees? I can't get past the pho... It's too good for me to pass up on each visit! I do occasionally switch up my meat choices within the soup, but it's ingredients are top notch and I haven't found anything close in the valley to match it.

Wait was 5 minutes.Food was good, didn’t care for the curry. However, I’ll order something else next time. Our server was hard to hear. Very soft spoken.

Came for lunch right after they opened. It filled up pretty fast. I had the grilled beef which had a really good flavor. Enough noodles came with it for a second meal for me. The crispy spring rolls we're also good. They share a bathroom with Bittercreek.

This was a cute, small restaurant. The food came out quickly, and the service was pretty decent. The pho was good, but very sweet, which I had never had before. Would go again, but try something else.

Always good food at a good price. Entrees are large and can easily be split.
